  • Shipping times vary by location. For Ireland and the UK, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. For the EU, US, and other international destinations, delivery takes 7–10 business days.

  • Yes — all orders are shipped via Huboo with full tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.

  • Yes. Unopened bundles can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Just contact us and we’ll guide you through the return process. Please note: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
